Our factory built in Szekesfehervar has a floor area of 10,000 square meters. We have six separated production halls which were built in accordance to the GMP standards. In five production halls there is a tenfold air change per hour, which ensures a clean environment while in the sixth production hall we run clean-room production (grade 7).
Each production hall has a separate equipment for optimal air exchange. This system provides filtered air (EU 3 F5) and steady operating temperature.
In our traditional productline there are tubes and plugs for packaging of effervescent tablets and various sizes of vials/bottles/jars and several kinds of closure solutions with or without hygroscopic filling. We also produce containers with sprinkler caps, tablet dispensers and blow molded bottles for the cosmetic, pharmaceutical and food industry.
The graphics provided by the customers we can print on our tubes upto 6 colours with the help of our printing machines.
Since 2006 we produce automotive products, such as metal cutting and injection molding on metal inserts.
Beyond plastic manufacturing, we complete our activity with creating new design of packaging, making prototypes, designing and manufacturing tools. In order to meet the most complete requirements of our customers our designers use one of the most advanced CAD-CAM system -the Siemens NX 8.5.
In our toolshop we work with modern toolmaking machines (electro erosion machine, CNC hard milling machine, NC grinding machine, CNC lathe machine, laser welding equipment, complete test room).
Our quality assurance processes are regulated, the microbiological lab meets the requirements of our pharmaceutical partners.
